A good horseradish sauce; great on roast beef! - whether it is "just like Arby's" is not important. If you want it to have a creamier texture, just fold in a little whipped cream - I just squirt a little blob from an aerosol can (Redi-Whip) and omit the sweetener called for here. It makes a lighter, creamier sauce. Thanks for the recipe, cinderbear! P.S. for Pot Scrubber - the first two ingredients of good mayo are soybean oil and eggs, then white vinegar!

I would give this sauce 4 stars for flavor but I am going to give it only three because if you are looking for Arby's Horsey sauce this isn't it. I had a packet of Arby's horsey and I compared the taste side by side. The recipe is good but it doesn't have the same creamy texture. The ingredients listed on the Arby's packet listed soybean oil as the number one ingredient which is what probably gives it the creamy texture. Also listed in the ingredients is vinegar while this recipe has none. But if you want a good all purpose horseradish sauce this is pretty good and I would recommend it. But it isn't Arby's.
