I am a food nut. I love to cook and enjoy eating great food. Unfortunately I am deathly allergic to eggs :( And cannot understand why there are no laws that would state the 10 most allergies on menus, for just what is in that food product. I have to carry some severe antihistamine with me and bug the waiter or the manager about what is in their food. Some days I look like a pain. So I eat allot at home. So finding recipes that doesn't have egg is vital for my health. Heck even vanilla/sugar cookies make my throat itch and close.
I also like SCI-FI hence the name, Neelix is from Star Trek Voyager and, Garibaldi is from Babylon 5, two great cooks on the shows. I think that you can guess that I love the Star Trek cookbook. Not much egg in their recipes :)
